What you'll learn in this fish class:

Always wanted to learn how to filet a fish but didn’t have the time? Now you do! We'll take the fear out of fish-butchering and teach you the necessary techniques to break down a fish from start to finish from the comfort of your own home, all while making some seriously impressive and delicious dishes to wow your quarantine cohabitants (or just your taste buds!)


  • Fish butchery
  • Build-your-own ceviche
  • Crispy skinned sea bass
  • Citrus and seasonal herb gremolata

Once enrolled in the class, we will send you an advance list of suggested ingredients to have on hand (but feel free to get creative with relevant alternatives!) and a zoom login to access your class.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
