Pros: Instructor is very knowledgeable. Good content / stories. Made it interactive with other guests. Cons: Started pretty late Unstructured - for example, didn't connect cheese to wine. Ambiance not the best. Overall: Learned something about tasting wine but format could be improved to maximize learning and include the cheese portion. Good Option... if you want an affordable way to learn the basics and try many wines. Not the best option … If you want an ambiance, structure or you are more advanced wine taster probably not the best option. I would recommend to a friend noting the above.

Adriel was very informative. It was a nice informal class. Would like to have heard more food pairing ideas with each wine.

The host was fantastic. The venue was terrible, too loud and distracting. He deserves a better venue.

What a phenomenal night. I learned so much from Adriel and I cannot wait to take another course with him. I've been to several classes before in wine but this one was way more interactive, receptive to our questions, and fun!!!!!! I'll be showing off my new knowledge with friends and then get them to come to the next class with me! Hands down amazing night. I'm so glad that this was given to me as a gift.
