Our Prenatal Yoga class is geared towards the specific needs of pregnant women, and no matter where you are in your pregnancy, you’ll find here a community of women working through similar changes as you. Whether you’re in your first, second or third trimester, classes will attend to the specific needs of the expectant yogi.
We work towards building the strength and flexibility to help you cope with the physical changes of pregnancy, the demands of labor, and the challenges of your new ever-growing bundle of joy. Begin bonding with your baby while learning ways you can modify your existing yoga practice with what’s best to avoid and what can feel especially yummy while pregnant.
