Class will begin with a foundational ballet warm up, teaching exercises that can be helpful in all forms of movement training. The warm up will be followed by creative and challenging dance combinations that will get you moving as well as having fun. Our Ballet class focuses on age appropriate self control and expression. Every child, teen and adult is different and we believe that Ballet instruction should be tailored to each and everyone’s individual personality.
