Description
What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
Craniosacral Unwinding is a gentle bodywork modality that works with the soft tissue and the cerebrospinal fluid to help release blockages in the body’s vital energy flow. It is highly effective at liberating us from the stresses and dis-harmonies of modern life by inducing deep states of relaxation and clarity.
Topic highlights include:
- In this first class, we will learn some basic relevant anatomy, the basic theory of the Craniosacral approach, and some initial hands-on practices.
- Come discover this unique, non-invasive, subtle but very powerful technique that permits bodyworkers to achieve deeper states of healing in their clients with far less physical effort.
What you'll need for this course
- Prerequisite – It is recommended (not required) to have completed Polarity Immersion and/or Integrative Craniosacral Unwinding, or similar programs taught by Gary Strauss.
- Supplies list for the class: N/A
- Zoom Software Requirements: This is an online course that requires Zoom webinar software. Zoom is easy to use. Click HERE to make sure your computer is set-up correctly.
This class is part of the Certificate of Excellence in Cranial Unwinding: A Training in Six Modules (Polarity, Elements, Craniosacral Unwinding I, II, III, and the Holding Space Way & Distance Healing).
A certificate of completion is offered to those who meet the program requirements.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.
For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:
- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
