In these uncertain times, it is important to have daily practices and techniques to stay peaceful, centered, and openhearted. Learn powerful healing and transformative meditative practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition to release tensions and blocked energy, balance emotions, increase vitality, and create a deeper sense of connectedness.
Exercises during each session take place in chairs and include breathing techniques, simple stretches, meditations, mantras, and deep relaxation. With these practices, begin to develop mastery of your mind and energy. Learn techniques that encourage less identification with thoughts and negative emotions by acknowledging a deeper knowing.
Experience a shift of consciousness to a larger, more expansive and balanced perspective through the power of stillness and simply being.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.
For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:
- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
