Wonderful demonstrations. Relaxed, social setting. Great food and wine. A fantastic event for a mother/daughter day!
It wasn’t really a cooking class... more like a quick show and tell. There was way too many people to actually get hands on cooking done from start to finish. They could’ve given more pasta and cheese to take home to enjoy... this class needs improvement - not worth $130
Great meal, fun hands on experience, but slightly disappointed with the balance of activity to "socializing", as it's pretty incongruent to the description listed on this site. The event is sold as a class, but mostly turns out to be an "interactive dining experience", half spent socializing with people at your table and eating four courses priorly made by the chef's (which are out of this world). A very fun time regardless, but I was hoping for more of an actual course, with more time spent making and learning and less time sitting around and socializing. Hoping class descriptions from Hungry Pop are tweaked in the future to reflect their specific type of offerings, as they are slightly different than advertised (but very good at what they do!)
Steve P. gave this class 1 out of 5 CourseHorse stars.
