Welcome, I'm Elizabeth the creator and founder of Nourish the Soul, a private practice and talk radio show & podcast based in NYC. I am an Intuitive Healer who has a tremendous amount of passion for working with people. At an early age, I discovered I had a unique capacity for sensing and understanding the feelings of others as well as the ability to feel and communicate with spiritual energy. Today, I embrace my gifts to transform the health and well-being of individuals across the globe.

What makes my work incredibly different from anything else out there? First and foremost, my connection to spirit. This connection is what directs me on my life's journey and leads our conversations. Secondly, I believe food and the body are amazing tools to uncover the root of our physical and emotional imbalances. While tuning into your spirit guides and passed loved ones I empower you to create a nutritious relationship with your whole self by healing from the inside out.

It's my mission to provide people with permanent solutions to their life issues while transforming the conversations the world is having about food, the body, and how to cultivate true health and well-being. Today, I enjoy witnessing my clients and listeners nourish the soul while walking into freedom with not just their body and food but relationships, career, and soul purpose too!
