Carol has been a member of IHP since 1995, and leading workshops since 2000. Self-exploration, good health, life balance and helping others have always been part of Carol's journey. She is a professional holistic health coach, working with others to create personalized “roadmaps to health” that suit each person's unique body, lifestyle, stress level and goals. Carol's work on herself and at IHP helps her to see the challenges in her daily life as opportunities that make her life richer. She loves being in nature, especially when she can combine it with an activity like swimming, running, skiing or hiking. Carol lives with her husband in Western, CT. 

Derek has been a student of Hermetic Philosophy since 2005. He is trained as a Chef, and works in the New York Metro Area developing Food Products for companies ranging from Start-Ups to International Food Corporations. Derek benefits from the Operative Philosophy model of IHP, allowing him to process life’s daily experiences gradually, through incremental understandings with a culminating effect. Allowing each day for Derek to become more positive and engaged, than the previous day. Derek’s goal is to be a Man of Integrity in its truest form, allowing him to be the best Father, Husband and Son possible at the very moment.
