Great class, especially for absolute beginners like me. I wasn’t afraid to ask questions or ask for guidence because the instructors were so great. Highly recommend this class - I gained very useful skills and, most importantly, gained confidence in the kitchen.

I enjoyed the class. The recipes were mostly excellent. Sometimes John spoke a little too quickly but he was willing to repeat his answers.
