A Classic Valentine's

Terrible experience!!! Arrived at the venue on time, were told it was going to take a few minutes for the table to be ready, half hour later was told the health inspector was in the facility and would take a few more minutes, it took another half hour before we were seated. Once seated the waiter served us water and we never saw the waiter again, almost one hour later we were still sitted with only water and decided to leave. We asked the hostess to speak to the manager she said he could not because he was dealing with the health inspector. We were very disappointed and starved. Had to walk to a few restaurants as most of them were not serving food anymore because it was too late. Hopefully you can give us the refund!!!
