This was a great class! We had so much fun making all of the food. It was such a laid back, yet professional setting. We loved it and would definitely take a class again!

this was such a fun way to spend a few hours on a sunday afternoon! i kinda can't believe i dragged the boyfriend here, but he had a great time. stephanie, our teacher, creates a fun relaxed environment. i wish it hadn't been so cold because her space has an amazing HUGE deck and it would have been fantastic to be out on it while having a lovely tasty meal. i'm a fairly experienced cook, but i think this class would appeal to both beginners and intermediate/advanced. for beginners its a great way to get used to using tools and seeing some techniques.. but being a little more advanced, its still such a great learning experience. i got to use gadgets i never had the chance to before- I'm totally getting a kitchen torch!! thank you, stephanie! this was my first cooking class and you made it a lot of fun!!!

The class was awesome, it was so much fun! It was a nice balance between watching, learning, cooking and then relaxing/eating. The setting definitely provided a personal and intimate feel vs. larger classes at some other culinary schools. Steph was so kind and knowledgeable, she seems to really love what she does. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at our first cooking class (and first coursehorse class). Steph and Erol were great hosts and made us feel really comfortable in their home. Steph had a lot of great tips for how to simplify recipes and use the tools/utensils we have at home. Steph's passion for cooking is contagious and we can't wait to recreate these dishes at home!

Great recipes and Steph is SO organized. Wish we got to do more hands on cooking though but it is a great class for beginners.

This was a very good class and the instructor gave a lot of helpful tips. The end results were delicious. We made a cocktail, appetizer, main course, and dessert. If it were up to me, I would cut out the cocktail step. Doing so might leave more time for participating in the preparation of the dishes. Overall, very positive experience.
