Make those pictures move. Expand your skills to take full advantage of today's digital camera's ever expanding HD video capabilities. This hands on video workshop will guide through the full settings of your camera to produce the best videos possible. These video classes are hands on workshops that will cover all you need to know to produce great videos using a traditional photography camera.
During each session students will be introduced to the fundamentals of video making from tripods to free hand, sound settings and microphones (provided by PhotoManhattan) to composition and motion, video settings and much more. Course will include weekly assignments, and in-class shooting and practice. This course is intended for photographers.
Requirements: any video-enabled camera Mirrorless, point and shoot, DSLR.
Level of Knowledge Assumed: basic still photography understanding and practice. Students are expected to feel comfortable browsing camera and exposure settings for still photography. The first half of our Camera beginner’s guide course can suffice depending on each student.
Note:
Should the assigned instructor become suddenly unavailable, we'll allocate a substitute instructor.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
This workshop is available In-person OR Online (Recommended).
As of now all classes are online only. We'll allow in-Person attendance when it becomes possible.

Students can request this option at any time during the course. There'll be a 48 hours refund policy for any courses starting after Mar 12, that need be canceled due to COVID-19.
