Description

Students will learn the importance of confidentiality of medical records in California; when to release or retain medical records; when to resort to arbitration versus civil courts; how to prevent malpractice claims and the importance of informed consent. HIPAA Compliance Regulations included.

Note: Materials fee in the amount of $20 will be collected by the teacher at the time of the first class.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

A $20 processing fee is charged for each class refunded.
No transfers.
No makeup sessions for missed classes.
Registrations are non-transferrable.
Refunds are issued within 2-4 weeks after request is received.

If we cancel a class we will notify you and a refund will be issued.

No refunds are issued for the Makeup Artistry program and Swim Lessons.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
