Phenomenal experience, couldn't recommend it highly enough. The pace of the class was perfect, with Eric leading us through all of the whys and hows of cocktail making before guiding us through a couple of his bar's staple drinks. Being able to enjoy the drinks in the friendly confines of the bar behind the kitchen in which we made them added to a wonderful ambiance. I did the as a solo participant, but this is ideal for couples and large groups as well.
