What you'll learn in this playwriting class:

An interactive workshop that covers many aspects of playwriting, including characterization, dialogue, stage directions, plot, script formats, and marketing. Using improvisation, theater games, and speed-writing, students will find new ways to write and revise their scripts. By the final class, all students will have written a 10-minute play, which receives a reading by professional actors.
