COURSE CANCELLATION Although course cancellation is quite rare at our studio, we reserve the right to cancel classes or change instructor assignments. We will make every effort to notify a student in advance of any cancelled class. If enrollment goals are not met, a course may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first scheduled class. We will notify you to reschedule the class to another upcoming date. On occasion, a course start-date will be pushed back if enrollment goals are not met. In this instance, you will receive a credit for the price of the class that did not take place.In the event of a total class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and if a student is unable to switch into another class offering, a full refund will be granted. In the event of severe weather conditions, Creatively Wild Art Studio will follow the NYC public school closing, and make-up classes will be at the discretion of the Director.

During the current crisis if we have to close for any reason beyond our control, no refunds will be issued, instead you will be offered of having your course ONLINE, or we will issue you with a credit that can be used toward any future class.

NO SHOWS CWAS is not responsible for issuing refunds for any missed classes. If you don't show up for any in-person scheduled class or camp that you are enrolled in, you are marked as a "no show" and are not entitled to any credit or rescheduling. If you're looking for a refund or class credit for a full class course PKG, you will need to back out of the class at least 1 full week before it starts. We would need to receive your notification via email (not telephone). We know this seems very strict, but since our spots are limited and teachers are booked in advance it's hard to deal with last-minute bailings. We hope you understand we cannot run our programmed classes according to every student’s individual personal schedule.We offer individual class options for those with tricky schedules. If you cancel your session in time, we can either credit you for the remaining sessions (valid for 6 months from the date of your original enrollment) or refund you minus the admin fee of $75.

ONLINE CLASSES We require you to register ahead of time for any online class via the Zoom invitation that will be sent to you after your register. If you register and do not join your scheduled online class you will NOT be credited for the class or have the option to reschedule. We are sorry for this strict and hard rule at this time but in order for us to cover our costs, as we book our teachers in advance and have them in place for the session. Our instructors are professional teaching instructors and we cannot cancel an instructor last minute.

If you register for an online session and notify us at least 48 hours in advance by email with your request to reschedule, we may be able to put you into another upcoming online class that has availability at our discretion. Please note it is not our responsibility to offer you any credit if you cannot attend a rescheduled session.

CAMP CANCELLATION We do not offer any refunds or credits on any in-person camps. Camp spots are extremely limited & book early in advance. If you enroll for Camp and don't show up you will be marked as a no show and are not entitled to any rescheduling, credit or refund.
