Is a system of developmental movements and affirmations developed by holistic medical pioneer John Diamond M.D.
You will learn the twelve postures involved in the sequence, their associated organ, emotional correlations and affirmations as well as the transitional movements between each posture.

We all have acupuncture meridians running throughout our bodies. These are the pathways that allow Life Energy (Chi) to flow within our bodies, nourishing our organs and muscles. Stress will have a negative effect on the meridian system, causing a decrease in Life Energy. Overtime, this can cause illness and disease. The Diamond-Dart Meridian Sequence is a simple and easy movement meditation that clears the system of energy imbalances and raises Life Energy.
Why is this important?
Because when our Life Energy is high, we are healthy and make positive choices about our lives. When our Life Energy is low, we will be worn down by the stresses of life, and may eventually lead to developing ailments and disease. Raising and maintaining your Life Energy will help you live a life of optimal health and wellbeing.

Note: Those who took the Freedom to Move workshop took Level 1
You are welcome to take both levels at one time.
If you have already done Level I or Level II and would like to repeat it the cost is $25.

Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
- Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
