Join us for a weekend intensive to refresh and deepen your understanding and embodiment of the Alexander Technique. The Balance Arts Center faculty will guide you to a nuanced understanding of how the AT process as taught at the BAC can help you enhance every aspect of your life and art form.

Online Daytime Schedule Includes:

In-Person Daily Schedule Includes:

10:00-11:30am EST Hybrid Alexander Technique Masterclass with Ann Rodiger
11:30am-1:00pm EST In Person Class with Ann Rodiger and teaching assistants. Includes personal attention and hands-on work
2:00-5:00pm EST In Person Class with Ann Rodiger and teaching assistants. Includes personal attention and hands-on work

Through the weekend you will learn how to:

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
