Overall the class was fantastic- I learned so much about truffles and the pasta was amazing! The only feedback I have is we are a little late!

I really liked the chef and his assistants. My review has nothing to do with them. If i had to rate them, i would give them 5 stars. The class in itself was underwhelming. Aside from the last minute location change. We were put in a room too small for amount of students. I thought we were going to do real cooking, the picture of the original location showed real kitchen. We did zero cooking, all we did is prepare dough for the pasta.

    Fabulous!
  • Plating 101

The class was ok. Not enough plating techniques and non to little discussion regarding the different types of tools and plates used in the process, and in general. There were only 3 small plates' demonstration with few ingredients(greens not fresh) and nothing out of the norm that you wouldn't figure out on your own by watching a 3 minutes youtube video. The place was odd, not like a regular kitchen, and the staff seemed to be a bit out of place in the training/cooking area. I really didn't learn much except for a couple of things that I needed clarification on. The instructor was very nice and friendly and so was the rest of the staff. At the end of the 3 hours, it was a cool way of meeting new people and spending a Sunday afternoon in the City.

It was a completely stress free evening. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the technical aspects of making the actual pasta, and then following along with everything else. The pasta was delicious, wine paired well, and I loved it all. It was exactly what we were looking for and had a great time.

I would like a little more complication in recipes so you take home more skills. However, all the recipes we did were great and I will try them again! Would have loved the option for a follow up couples cooking class with new recipes.

Welcoming class for beginners. Instructor did a great job of explaining the various steps and answering people's questions. Space was rather crowded -- it was advertised as 6 people on average when in fact over 15 people attended. So we didn't really end up doing that much cooking.
  • Pasta 101

Incorporated students which i loved, being able to ask questions have a straightforward answer made the class that much more educational, intensive and helpful! Would definitely return.
