Fearless Re'volution is a NYC-based school founded in 2019 that offers comprehensive services to support and improve customers' health. With movement and dance cardio classes, as well as mind, body, and soul coaching, Fearless Re'volution provides a healing and friendly environment for those looking to improve their physical and mental fitness.
Fearless Re'volution was founded in 2019 in NYC in order to provide comprehensive services that support and foster the health of our customers. I'm a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC.
We offer a variety of movement and dance cardio classes, and mind, body & soul coaching, to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, Fearless Re'volution provides the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.
