I wish the class had more of a structure, an agenda. The on the spot practicing was great, but a bit more lecture or notes on storytelling would be great. We didn't spend that much time discussing what makes a great story besides the very obvious, such as a beginning, middle, and end. -

The workshop is a great opportunity to get up there and tell stories, well within your comfort zone, but within an environment that encourages you to push yourself just a little bit. Without such terrific instructors, the class wouldn't have been as remarkable as it was. -

Gail was absolutely phenomenal! I came to the class feeling so unprepared and uncomfortable and shy. Gail provided the exact feedback I needed. The things she said really improved my story and my understanding of the format. That advice made me a whole lot better at telling a story and even freestyling one at the end! The class was a perfect size of 8. Any bigger and time would be a big issue. I also got this class as a present for my husband and mom and they loved it! They both improved so much and were so excited and confident! I definitely recommend this class! -

Pros: You can tell that the instructor is a very experienced storyteller and teacher. He provided excellent feedback and effectively delivered the class considering the limited amount of time. Definitely a huge opportunity to learn from him. Cons: While this is overall a great storytelling class, it's necessarily applicable in business presentation or product pitch scenarios. Additionally, it was not the most comfortable facility. -
