Agile Play Consulting LLC is training,
coaching and consulting company founded by Dana Pylayeva in New York City.



Our
mission is to provide effective and engaging learning experience, reduce
boredom and confusion in technical training as well as maximize the practical
application of class material.



Our approach is based on 5 years of
coaching 30+ teams, delivering
training to 2000+ people, speaking
at 37 conferences in 15 countries.

About our founder:

As an Agile Coach and trainer with over 18 years of
diverse experience in IT, Dana brings unique perspective and stories ”from the
trenches”.  She has been fortunate to
work with co-located and distributed teams in US, Canada, Ireland, Japan, UK, India and Russia and can share with you their
distinct challenges, successes and effective practices. She is actively
involved in Scrum Alliance and Agile Alliance in various roles as a volunteer,
reviewer, track chair and program chair.

Dana is the founder of Big Apple Scrum Day
conference,  Liberating Structures meetup in NYC and co-organizer of NYC Scrum User group. Get to meet her at these monthly events!

She is an educational games designer, an
international speaker and a published author – check out her “Introduction to
DevOps with Lego, Chocolate and Scrum” book published by Apress as well as “Fear in
the Workplace” game on The Gamecrafter.
