Anna-Marie Settine

Anna-Marie Settine is a professional printmaker and artist who works in New York City. She attended Auburn University, where she received a BA in Art and a BA in Spanish. In addition to teaching at 92Y, Anna-Marie is the Print Fellow and a printmaking instructor at the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop, where she has received technical printmaking training under Master Printer Phil Sanders. Anna-Marie works predominantly as a collaborating printmaker, having printed for artists such as Chakaia Booker, Kreh Mellick, Glen Baldridge, Joseph Hart and Robin Cameron. She has also worked as the solo collaborating printer on an edition of 1,000 etchings by Bruce Waldman for Carrier Pigeon Magazine. Currently her own work explores ideas relating to various aspects of American culture, with a particular focus on food and it’s relationship with both humans and animals.
