Saba Hocek founded with her brother Adam Hocek the first PC based reading system for blind people in the 1980s. She later took her computer skills to a mental health clinic where she created, and for over 18 years managed, the patient database, thereby indirectly learning psychological therapeutic methods. With her fascination for the brain, she went on to become certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian and UltraDepth Hypnosis;Certified Specialist in Biofeedback and Certified Brain Coach for Amen Clinics. In 2008 she founded Self Empowered Minds. To complete the mind, body, spirit approach she then established Self Empowered Beauty, a holistic spa providing non-invasive face and body treatments. 

Jenny Hernandez’s psychic abilities, which she discovered as a teenager, have proven to enhance her career as a Marriage & Family Therapist, as well as a reiki practitioner. She obtained a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2017. As a Reiki Master in Usui lineage, she combines her therapeutic healing and psychic abilities to create a unique energy connection with clients.
