Robert Schwartz, M.A. earned a masters in Architecture from UC Berkeley and a Bachelors in Jazz improvisation from New York University. After working as an institutional architect for 7 years, Rob moved into consulting and has worked on both large IT projects as well as organizational development and leadership consulting.

Rob works both in the US and Japan with companies including Amazon and Suntory. Rob has been a trainer at the NLP Center of New York for 10 years. He also has a third degree black belt in Kung Fu and has practiced Aikido for 10 years.
