What you'll learn in this conflict resolution training:
The Language of Compassion: Transforming Our Relationships with Nonviolent Communication
How well do you respond to difficult people and situations? Do you judge yourself and others? Or end up disappointed, frustrated, or shut down? Come learn how to transform your relationships, including with yourself, by practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC). NVC shows you how to shift judgment, demand, and blame into empathic mutual understanding and trust. In doing so, you can find greater authenticity, intimacy, and meaning in your relationships. Via four simple steps, you will learn how to stay self-connected during challenging conversations; hear others on a cognitive and “core” level; and find solutions that are more satisfying, doable, and effective—and that truly meet your needs and build healthy relationships.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.
For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:
- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
