More hands on than informative, not in a bad way. Makes you feel confident to change a socket, light switch, or light case. Instructor is great, makes sure everyone is attended to who is showing signs of trouble or is asking for help. Just an overall positive experience, would do again, and am considering the other courses offered with this instructor. -
