  Chef Jay teaches much more than the techniques and skills needed to cook. He helps you fall in love with the spices and vegetables through his enthusiasm for the way they smell, feel and taste! He is very patient and creates an environment where everyone wants to work together to make the meal successful. I learned a lot as well as really enjoyed the evening!

  The chef was excellent. ( Jay Weinstein) He explained the recipes and why he chose them. He helped with technique and explained why, and chose delicious food to pair together . Tacos are just fun.
