The practice of yoga asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation is considered to be ideal preparation for the practice of steadying the mind in meditation.
This course gives a practical introduction to all of these practices. Each 90-minute class includes approximately 60 minutes of yoga practice and 30 minutes on the theory and practice of meditation.
