This class is geared towards providing folks of all genders with the skills to perfect movement specifically on the floor. Get grounded while we define proper body carriage, incorporate modern dance and burlesque techniques, and introduce choreography that will be the dash of flavor you were hoping to find. Students with previous knee problems should wear knee pads.
