Description

Breathwork is a psychotherapeutic practice that involves rapid controlled breathing that may induce altered states of consciousness. Put the brakes on your sympathetic nervous system to improve acute stress responses. Nervous system regulation assists you to heal emotionally and physically, improves spiritual wellbeing, and promotes personal growth.

When you elicit your body’s relaxation response via deep abdominal breathing, you reduce blood pressure and alleviate stress.

Illness is not an abrupt process, it happens through accumulated physical, emotional, or mental stress. As with other holistic methods, long term benefits are attained with regular practice.

Gain in-depth educational and experiential insights about the benefits of breathwork. Begin with a meditation and basic breathwork practice. Then participate in a holotropic experience with music followed by creating art or journaling. Acknowledge and honor your insights with optional sharing based on your experience.

Refund Policy

Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
