Melina will walk you through every step of sourdough fundamentals including sourdough maintenance, understanding the autolyse method, mixing, shaping, scoring and how to modify home ovens to get professional results. She will also cover key concepts such as simplified baker’s math, steps in yeast dough production, understanding and manipulating fermentation, mixing techniques for the best outcomes and essential tools. After class, you will have the knowledge needed to confidently start your own sourdough adventures at home!

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
