Christopher S. Raimondi, CLP, is president of The Raimondi Group, a horticultural, floral, and event-planning firm. An instructor at the Botanical Garden for more than 15 years, he is active in numerous trade associations, serving on several boards. Leda Meredith, holds a Certificate in Ethnobotany from the Botanical Garden and is the winner of the Teaching Excellence Award from Adelphi University. A professional horticulturist who works with both corporate and private clients in New York City, Leda has taught numerous Gardening courses at the Botanical Garden since 2002, with a focus on growing food and on horticultural techniques. She has been featured on The Martha Stewart Show, and is the author of Botany, Ballet, & Dinner from Scratch and The Locavore's Handbook: The Busy Person's Guide to Eating Local on a Budget. Leda is a contributing writer to numerous publications and hosts her own blog, Leda's Urban Homestead. Elena Andrews Gaillard specializes in classes for the first-time orchid grower. She is a graphic designer, former president of the Manhattan Orchid Society and lectures extensively on orchid culture.
