Chef HC is an expert vegan chef with nine years of experience serving the residents of The Greater Chicago-land area. He earned his degree in Accounting at the University of Illinois and was the head Restaurant chef at Amitabul, a well-known establishment in the city. Chef H.C. grew up eating traditional Korean Buddhist cuisine and has used it as a foundation in his creation of new flavors.
