Ms. Alyssa Calvano

Teaches at Dance Dynamics

Alyssa started dancing at the age of 3 but did not become serious about it until the age of 12. She is trained in Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Modern, and Ballet- including Pointe. Alyssa has been dancing under Brittnie Quinn and Amelia Hendryx since 2006 and was also a part of the Dance Dynamics Dance Company for 5 years. During her time on company, she has received many awards including overall titles, judges awards, photogenic, and a national title. She has had the chance to take classes from artists such as Stacey Tookey, Sonya Tayeh, Mark Meismer, and Paula Morgan. Alyssa is currently a student at Columbia College Chicago, attaining her Bachelors of Arts in dance. We are so happy and excited to have one of our very own alumni company dancers as a part of our staff!
