Jo Anne Loaper

Teaches at Starnet Region V Chicago Public Schools

Jo Anne Loaper first came to Tuesday’s Child in 1988, as a client with two young sons. Impressed with the changes the program made on her family, she stayed on to volunteer as a peer mentor. Eventually Jo Anne joined the staff and is now the Director of Parent Education overseeing the parenting component of our Behavioral Intervention program and leading Outreach efforts throughout the Chicago land area.
