OK! It’s finally happening, we’ll show you how to make AMAZING gluten free pizza at home. There are a few good restaurant options but the best gluten free crust is the one you make yourself.
We’ll make the GF dough from start to finish, we’ll talk about the blend and most importantly how to do it at home on your own!
Then we’ll stretch the dough – talk about stretching it in the pan – top, bake and eat – repeat.
Techniques you’ll learn
What to expect: Hands on Pizza Class
You will work in groups with other students in small groups – learning to make this specialty dough by hand in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Master Pizzaiolo that is certified in Gluten Free.
We are assuming if you are taking this class you are sensitive to gluten, we have a dedicated gluten free oven that we bake gluten free pizzas in. If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies that we can work around, PLEASE reach out to Coursehorse to inform us on any important information before the class.
Substitutions and Class Format
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, menus, recipes, chefs and instructors. Unless noted otherwise, all of our classes are hands-on and participatory in style.
Our class size is limited and classes are structured to allow each student the opportunity to work closely with the chef in the preparation of dishes and to observe, up-close, the ingredients, tools and techniques used in the making of all dishes.
The exception to the hands-on format are classes labeled as “Demonstration” or “Demo” or “Lecture”.
