Join us for a hands-on pastry class, taught by Eataly Chicago’s La Scuola chef Johanna Medina focused on the world of Italian Cookies (Biscotti), beyond the well known Tuscan Cantucci. In this class, you’ll learn how to make different Cookies from scratch.
Chef Johanna will start of the class with a tasting of various Biscotti paired alongside a glass of Vin Santo! While your cookies bake, one of our education managers will take you on a small tour of Eataly Chicago to help you better navigate your shopping list to make cookies at home.
