Elana Iaciofano is a Creative Food Voice, Culinary Instructor, Pizzaiola and Perugina chocolate expert. She’s been trained at Perugina’s Scuola del Cioccolato and enjoys sharing her chocolate expertise with her students. She dedicates herself to narrative branding and tells stories with and about food using different media — print, video, photos, and blogging — in order to teach, entertain and instruct. Elana directs and creates cooking videos, takes food photography, and writes recipes for various companies, publications, and websites. As a culinary instructor, she shares her love of food and teaches others how to make her favorite recipes. She's also a business owner and has launched, Zaza and the Perfect Pie, a mobile, artisanal cooking school that travels from place to place teaching artistic and gourmet pizza cookery.
